My go to brand for fish oil supplements. not too strong of a fishy smell. the pill is a little big so swallowing can be a bit problematic for some but with enough water and drinking on its own, shouldnt be a problem. i use it for the health benefits for your heart, improving cholesterol and overall health.

Pros: these are excellent vitamins for a great price. They don't have a fish smell or taste and go down easily. I have been buying these for years with great results. I also break them open and pour over my dog's kibble and he loves it. Cons: none— they are a great purchase!

I buy all my supplements in this brand and have for a long time, i was taking 1000 mg and just doubled it for my blood pressure, skin and brain health. I dont get fish burps but i take mine with food, i didn't have trouble swallowing but if you do i suggest you drink a couple sips of liquid then try and swallow one, chased by liquid.

Twice now I have ordered this and the website says it is there, but it is 'unavailable' by the time the rest of my order is shopped. I'd like to be offered to simply get it by shipping rather than having to decline a substitution and make a separate order for it to be shipped.
