i just started taking these, but the benefits supposed to be really good especially for older males that need energy and are diabetic. Walmart has the best prices as always.

It helps with digestion, eating in the morning. I am someone who has a high protein diet but with my diet balance I have trouble managing my sugars. I personally think this is a good thing to add to a nutrition stack in the morning time when you are eating fruit, juicing. I personally depend on eating sugar filled foods in the morning time and this helps me feel awake, healthier and balanced.

I bought this as it was supposed to help women's health. I should have read the back of the label first. A lot of warning. A lot of do not use if you have… and a lot of very specific directions on how to take to prevent side effects. I took 1 then later read the label and threw it out. Read the label before buying.
