Spring Valley Valerian Root Capsules, 500 mg, 100 Count

Was bored, read somewhere it can cause nightmares, and thought, why not? I could use a good horror story in my sleep. Yeah. This was one of the bad nightmares. The kind that sticks with you. I stopped using it after that. Five stars though, because it delivered exactly what I read about. Do your research before trying this one.

One of my customers told me, valerian root helps her sleep. So, I tried it. The recommended dose is 2 pills, I tried one pill, after an hour I didn't feel sleepy. So, I took another one, and I feel asleep. I've been taking them for a week, it seems to help me fall asleep. What I do like about the vitamin, it didn't make me groggy the next day.

Was using melatonin which helps. This brand of valerian root has helped me. I've used valerian root in the past and I decided to try this one. Tried others more expensive and wasn't working so I switched to melatonin. Got these to try and I am very pleased with the results. These are both calming for anxiety and to help relax differently than melatonin or other brands of the valerian.

The Potassium is a good product.I take 4 a day with food to keep my level up, otherwise I get leg and toe cramps in the middle of the night.As long I take my Potassium I don't get those issues at all.The price I get it for is great.I now buy it on WALMART ONLINE and get Bigger sizes at even better prices and super fast Free delivery.

the price is RIGHT. the product is excellent. need a sleep aid? don't want to go weird with chemicals? valerian is straight from nature and will see you right on a full night's sleep with no side effects. you cannot go wrong with this product! and no one can beat this price!!!

I've been using this product for over 4 years on and off I don't take it all the time you shouldn't only take it when I have problems sleeping for more than two days I take one every week I take one twice one one day when the next until I my my my sleep pattern adjust you cannot take this medication or supplement if you have a heart problem high blood pressure you cannot take this

Not only does this help me sleep in a very mild and natural way with no hangover in the morning, But it also causes a notable difference in my anxiety levels the day after taking it. The smell is OK, definitely best to drink extremely cold water with it to mask the earthy flavor.

I was waking up nightly at 3 or 4 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) worked for an uninterrupted sleep but had after-effects and isn't good for prolonged use. Melatonin used to work but stopped working for me. Spring Valley Valerian Root is amazing! Uninterrupted sleep with no after-effects. It worked great for me, and I highly recommend it for anyone who has insomnia.

This is mostly rice hull. It tastes sweet, and anyone who has ever taken Valerian knows what it tastes like, horrible. Two pills were not effective because of the filler. Order the real root from Amazon and skip this waste of money scam. Shame on this company.

Terrible. This did absolutely nothing to help me sleep. I have read a lot about this supplement and it’s supposed to have a pretty bad odor. I don’t know if the batch that I got was just bad but it didn’t have a smell at all and it did zero to help me fall asleep. Honestly, it doesn’t even deserve one star. Save your money and buy it elsewhere. I would go as far as to say there wasn’t any actual valerian root at all in this product. I have read lots of good things about valerian root. This isn’t it.
