Hooray for help with pms mood swings! I feel this makes a difference (not as strong as antidepressants) but I can't name any side effects either! You don't have to taper off this, overall it's a great thing for me to take. (Chat with your doctor to make sure it doesn't go wonky with any other meds you may take!)

I started taking this for postpartum anxiety and depression after checking with google and confirming with my doctor. 3x a day and it definitely helps where normal prescriptions give me heart problems.

I really like the benefits from this herbal supplement. It is great for anxiety, restlessness, and mild depression. The capsules are very easy to swallow and dissolve quickly. Always check with your primary care doctor or pharmacist because there are prescription medications that should not be taken with this herbal.

I needed to "check out" for a while earlier this year and these helped me do so. If using for depression, then I highly recommend.

These are dandelion root there, nature's prosac... good If you take mood stabilizers and like to come off tour meds... ,4 us bipolar wagon wheel kind of people.. lol

My teenage son took St. John's Wort for his moodiness for a few months. He said he wasn't depressed, but he was lashing out and being irritable with everyone. This REALLY helped regulate his mood and even he admitted that he felt better when taking it. Since the weather has improved and he's been able to get outside more, he hasn't been taking it and didn't experience any withdrawals or side effects. I've taken it on occasion too and I notice instant mood uplifting effects; however if I take it for more than a week, I do experience some dizziness.

enjoy this supplement but if you don't use them quick, the herb inside turns hard as rock. i am sure its still works, just looks crazy seeing a compressedhard chunk of herb that moves back snd forth in the capsule.
