These are affordable, and I've noticed my energy levels increased after daily usage. I was never a vitamin "believer", but I am now! My only complaint is that it turns your urine into a florescent orange.

This is a great supplement if you are trying to boost your immune system and your metabolism, I found when I take this I burn through my food faster, but I take it more so because I feel it boosts my immune system and I hardly ever get sick while taking it.

Funny that it asks about taste. B vitamins are notoriously nasty, and you definitely dont wanna breathe before you can swallow these. But so far, they haven't caused indigestion, and my energy level is ok, so i guess that's the best I can do until next time i have bloodwork drawn. Great price, though.
