Spring Valley Super Vitamin B-Complex Dietary Supplement, 100 Count, Tablets for Metabolism Support

These are affordable, and I've noticed my energy levels increased after daily usage. I was never a vitamin "believer", but I am now! My only complaint is that it turns your urine into a florescent orange.

I was prescribed to take a BVitamin. Highly recommend this one. Its a great value and a there are lots in the bottle. I just personally hate the after taste of the vitamin. I am not sure if other people experience that but I do. So if you are sensitive to yucky vitamin flavors this is not the one for you. Or drink it with juice or milk.

Recommended by doctor, very important for older people to take a B-Complex on a regular basis. Like the 100 count and good price. The small size makes it easy to swallow. The orange flavor isn't bad at all. Have had no tolerating issues. Purchased in store, online for delivery and curbside pick-up with no problems of availability. Will continue using this supplement.

This is a great supplement if you are trying to boost your immune system and your metabolism, I found when I take this I burn through my food faster, but I take it more so because I feel it boosts my immune system and I hardly ever get sick while taking it.

Got this to take in combination with a medication that depletes b vitamins in my body causing my hands and feet to tingle/go numb. I've been taking this supplement for around 6 months now and have noticed that the tingling/numbness has become super rare compared to before when it was a daily occurrence.

B. Vitamins are water-soluble and it is critical to take these first thing in the morning with a glass of water as none of these upset your stomach and what your body does not use. Just flushes right out, but they give you a great energy boost. And this is an incredible price for 250 of a complete B vitamin stack. Thank you, Walmart.

we primarily have our Autistic son take these to supplement needed B vitamins to help with mood and energy, he isn't sick often and using them with the other vitamins and minerals suggested, he is doing quite well than not with the seasonal affective.

Absolutely the worst vitamin I have ever taken. I started taking them a few weeks ago and my health has been declining since. I ache more, my hip is causing me problems and I have no energy. I would be better off taking nothing than these. Don't waste your money or health on this horrendous product.

I have been taking these for well over a month and they do nothing that I have noticed. They really are a waste of money, I started eating my vitamins in "food". I am getting much more benefit from eating well with the right foods to where I threw all my vitamins away. Not one bottle of vitamins in by draw did a "lick (bit) of good!"

Smelled so bad I could not even get them near my mouth to take. Even made the cabinet where I store my medicine smell terrible. Had to leave the cabinet door open to get the smell out. My grandchildren even commented on the terrible smell. Didn't even take one before they went in the trash. Total waste of my money.
