So I bought Spring Valley Slow-Release Iron General Health and Wellness Dietary Supplement Tablets. I was surprised at how much better I felt. I wasn't so tired all the time anymore. After menopause, my doctor told me I didn't need to take iron, that I'd get enough from eating meat and root vegetables. Well, she was wrong! Iron is constipating and you don't need a lot but it has made a world of difference in my life.

This slow release is just as good as the expensive versions. It goes down easy with no aftertaste. It does not upset my stomach and works as it should. I am taking it because I have low hemoglobin. After taking this medication, I can feel more energy and relief from the tired feeling so I know it is working.

Spring Valley is the best. Texture and size is great, and they swallow very easily. I was having trouble with regular iron pills, but the slow release did the trick. My system was able to absorb it better. A little vitamin C helps with absorption also.

I am super sensitive to iron and these do not upset my stomach. i started taking them for my low iron and within weeks i notcie major difference i highly recommend.

Doesn't taste bad. I had a different iron tablet previously, and it tasted soo bad, but thankfully I tried this one and it does taste like anything. They are small and not chalky at all.

My stomach is extremely sensitive to iron and in general. I have not been able to find iron that does not hurt my stomach... until this one! Highly recommend!!

I ordered this but it never came till I ordered the candy. Now the candy didn't come yet I really like this iron supplement. It's just hard to catch it in the store
