I really wanted a gel vitamin, but they weren’t available when I bought these. However, this tablet is small and easy to swallow. I’ll probably buy these next time I need B 12 vitamins since I’ve been ok using them and they’re less expensive than the gel caps.

I can confirm this works. Prior to taking this supplement my B12 was around 100 on tests. Since taking this supplement for almost two years it has consistently been 600 to 700. B12 is essential for nerve health so I take it every day.

Wouldn’t buy any other brand for all my vitamin intake except Spring Valley. All of their vitamin capsules are so easy to swallow. Also, they offer more options for mcg or IUs. Label info provided good as well. I currently have B12, D and C as minimum Spring Valley vitamins. Always purchase my vitamins from Walmart because they do provide Spring Valley. Thank you Walmart.

Such a great item at a great price. This product line, Spring Valley is by far comprable to other name brands, but also cost effective. I have also found that 3 items of this particular brand is easier on my stomach- and it contains the same MG's. It must come from the capsilation manufacturing. Recommend A

Looking for a Quality supplement for a budget minded individuals then you might want to try out this product before going and wasting money on name brand supplements that only afford name with little benefit. I have been using this B12 supplement to boost my daliy energy out put and it seems to help with a good everyday routine of not feeling run down and doesn't imped on sleeping routine either doesn't keep you up allowing you to fall asleep getting a good night rest and repeat the next day if need be I very satisfied with this supplement for quality and price.

Vitamins are tough for me to come by lately for a good price, but wth these, they weren't even a challenge to figure out how quickly to purchae them. What I like about Spring Valley is that they are concise on what they do, the company even puts it directly on the bottle which no one understands how tough such a simple idea can be; putting the purpose of what the vitamins helps with, it aways helps when taking them after a moment of forgetting what they do.
