I have been buying this product for several years. It has strengthen my fingernails and helped me keep hair in cause I was losing a lot of hair due to having cancer a few years ago. There's no taste to it. I just take one every day in the morning and that's all I need.

I take these for my hair, skin and nails health. Very good price with the amount of product. I will continue to use this brand. Never had a problem. It's my go too brand!

I recommend biotin, not for certain about this brand. But I do notice a different in hair and nail growth when i stop taking biotin. So if your wanting hair ans nail growth, take biotin.

My nails were constantly breaking, splitting and peeling. Before the bottle was empty, my nails are stronger and coming back to healthy and looking great.

I never took the product so I can't say it is good or bad. Just the packaging was not sealed. It was delivered with grocery delivery. the container was not sealed. I'm returning it.

This is the second time we've purchased and received an item missing. We ordered 12 units and only 7 arrived, 6 of which were the same as what we ordered and 1 different. I can't resolve this issue through the chat.

This is the second time that I receive old vitamins. Though the date is not expired the vitamins are when you open the bottle. They are supposed to be white in color [I have been ordering and using them for years] and they are not. The ones I received are light tan in color. VERY disappointed.
