I have terrible insomnia -- no many late nites, too much travel, too many worries. I try not to take melatorin everyday, but... After sunset, I follow a routine of getting ready for sleep, and taking a dose of melatorin is part of that routine. Avoid caffeine (aside from breakfast) and alcohol; get a routine; avoid blue light when posible, etc. Since retiring, it is easier to have a routine, but my body seems to have too many bad habits -- I'll work on that. I like the strawberry flavored ones but I also got the pline, I just let it dissolve underneath my tongue and keep it there as long as possible. they were recommended by a medical professional and in combination with my other medication. I definitely get some sleep

Melatonin really helps get me to sleep. Usually sleep for at least 3 straight hours hours. Just take about an hour before you want to go to bed and Viola!! I do like the strawberry flavored dissolvable ones better than better than the plain tablets though

Good product. I don't take it before bed though since it works better for me personally when I take it a few hours before bed just for the Melatonin to kick in and do its job and release itself. I had to go through trial and error to see what time works best for me and personally, it's 5-6 hours before sleeping. Please do not follow my routine without consulting your doctor, this is just how my system has always been if I do need it and what works for me.
