Spring Valley Magnesium Dietary Supplement Tablets for Bone and Muscle Health, 400 mg, 250 Count

I am a cardiac patient with severe heat failure. I have been using this as part of a regimen called the Cardiologist's Awesome Foursome which also includes CoQ10 (Ubiquinol), L-Carnitine, and D-Ribose. Since starting this regimen my EF rating went fron 27% to 40%. I will continue to take these supplements in hopes it will continue to improve my heart health.

I did not pickup the vitamin D3 because they did not have the proper product otc that I used in the past. However, I did pickup my Magnesium Oxide 400 mg. The curbside service advised that the cost would be adjusted because I didn't pickup the otc. He was polite and courteous.

I purchased this because as a senior I was waking up at night often with severe leg cramps %26 cramps on the bottoms of my feet. A.I. recommended magnesium 400 mg. It took approximately 30 days for it to start working, but since the foot %26 leg cramps are few %26 far between

I've taken Spring Valley Magnesium Oxide for over a decade for cramps due to fibromyalgia. It also helps the muscles relax on the bones aiding in restful sleep. I trust the Spring Valley brand. I've never had an allergic reaction to any of their supplements.

Finding out we usually dont get enough magnesium, and double checking the level in my senior GV brand multi, I chose this option knowing I would be halving it for my needs. I dont take it everyday, opting to not over due all the good things Im doing- because i also have to add additional vitamins and things to fill in holes my multi lacks. I dont know why they think we need less (iron,b's, magnesium, zinc, etc) as we age. Take it from my experience, we need a little more to maintain great health as we age, not less! These pills are huge, btw, even halving takes a few extra swallows to get down )-: Too early to tell any differences, but I responsibility take other supplements from this brand with zero issues.

This is well packaged (sealed tops) and affordable. I like knowing I am providing nutrition to my body without spending a fortune. They are easy to swallow, and I have not experienced any issue with digestion.

I use magnesium to help manage headaches and for cramps. I was taking Magnesium Glycinate in capsule form but didnt see any results other than it acted more like Magnesium Citrate and had an unpleasant "fishy" after taste. These do not have the fishy after taste like the capsules and does not make me nervous about where bathrooms are of I am going out. The size of the pill is doable and easy to swallow, if you are used to swallowing pills. Drink plenty of water with the magnesium. The number of headaches and severity have already reduced. With fewer headaches I have more energy to go about a normal day. I recommend the management of minor headaches. Note: Continuing headaches, as well as migraines, need to be addressed by a physician.

i think it is ok. i have osteoarthritis, degenerative disk disease and fibromyalgia so pain wise not much helps. hard to tell if what i take helps.

This is the second time I've ordered Magnesium Oxide and this is the second time I've gotten regular magnesium. I even put no replacements to avoid getting the wrong thing as a replacement. If you look at the what i ordered vs what i got the word Oxide is missing. They act differently in the body.
