The size is a bit big so I have to be sure to have a drink ready to get the pills down. The taste is on the bitter side. Sorry, but yuck. And a bit chalky. Low calcium! So now I take calcium pills. They are big. My calcium has gone up a little since starting them. The are working pretty good. A spoon of yogurt helps get them down. One thing that's good is they don't taste bad.
