I really like the taste of them n lucky I do cuz you got to put it under your tongue to dissolve n the flavor comes out. So very easy to take. I don't feel tired till get bed time. Just a few days n get more house cleaning done n go for a daily walk. I'm 67 years old so feels good to want to move more

Good value for the number of tabs. Nice taste and dissolves quickly. It plays an essential role in red blood cell formation, cell metabolism, nerve function and the production of DNA, so it's good to have in your supplement plan. We trust the manufacturer for this and other supplements as well.

Long, long time vegan. Great B12 blood values. These do the job. Only thing is they taste so much like delicious candy that I have to remember not to eat them like candy. One every week or so keeps me humming.

I take this supplement daily...Always research your needs on supplements or take blood tests with your Doctor to be sure of what your body is lacking. I take several separately every month and I am healthy 😊

These taste good and dissolve very quickly. The only issue I have is.. Why does the bottle have to be so large when it is only about 1/4 filled with tablets?

I found out after purchasing these and taking them for nearly 2 weeks that this type of B12 (CYANOCOBALAMINE) doesn't absorb very well. What you need to get is B12 from METHYLCOBALAMIN. That really absorbs into your system. Don't waste your money on these, they taste great, by won't do anything for you.

this no vitamin b12, please I suggest stay away from this, or read the ingredients on the back of bottle, I got this because I feel very tired all the time, plus my job requires a lot of my stamina. I never really read labels on maybe anything but something gotten my attention to check the label on this "vitamin" this isn't what I expected.

I haven't tried the vitamins yet but i am rating the bottle - it's ridiculously too large for the amount of tablets in the bottle. Only one inch of the bottle used with tablets, the rest is empty, takes up too much space and a waste of plastic. You could've used a 2 inch small bottle vs 5 1/2 inch bottle.
