Dr. Recommends 30 or 40 billion cultures so I have to add something else. You rarely have 30 or 40 billion cultures so I end up spending over $40.00 a month for this one item. Very expensive for someone on social security.

I had IBS bad until I started with this probiotic. Have used others in the past with no help for the IBS. With this product my IBS is minimal and I mean minimal. Will continue to use this product and finally have a life with out running to the toilet constantly

Accidentally bought this product. Just way to strong for our use. Reordered the lesser dosage Equate Probiotic capsules which work really well for us.

They worked initially but then they started working weirdly and not too far in. I think it is how they are formulated. They might work for others though. I think I'm having issues due to a health issue. If they work for others it's without a doubt a great value. They are capsules and are flavorless. Very easy to take and understand the directions. They weren't for me but they might be just fine for others.

My item came in a box that was opened and then taped up. Luckily the bottle itself still had the plastic security around it but at first sight, it did scare me.
