Equate Complete Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement Tablets, Adults, 200 Count, Compare to Centrum® Adults

My husband donates plasma sometimes, against my wishes. So I found these vitamins for him. They help replenish some of what his body looses during that process.

As seniors we were purchasing the Equate vitamins based on our age. While those are great %26 a super value, we needed more iron in our diet because we were feeling sluggish. These did the trick. I'm a very small lady who has difficulty swallowing some pills. This vitamin is not a horse pill, rather easy to swallow and I suspect it may be coated so it goes down the throat easily. Highly recommend. We think they are better than the other expensive name brands.

Finally found a great multimineral multivitamin at a reasonable price by Equate. Many names brands are overpriced %26 don't contain 1/2 the variety %26 quantity of nutrients. Ridiculous that many brands are marketed to make or female Equate Complete is taken by everyone in the family. We felt a difference within a week showing we were lacking in some nutrients. It is a quality product that we shared with others and will consistently buy

Have used this multivitamin for several years even though I'm over 50. The equivalent ones for over 50 do not contain iron, so if you're a woman and still need iron use these instead (they have iron). Watching Dr. Oz, he now recommends less Vit. A than these have (these have 3500 IU) so I sometimes use a few of the "over 50" equivalents a month to use less Vit. A and to help get rid of the mistake I bought (the "over 50" multis have 2500 IU) which is what he is recommending now after there was a big hoopla telling everyone to take more Vit. A. Just make sure you read the label no matter what multivitamin you buy. It's surprising the differences there are!

A very good multivitamin that contains iron. Some multivitamins for a different age group or gender do not contain iron for various reasons. If you need an affordable multivitamin with iron, I recommend this product.

There is a level of comfort that your daily intake of vitamins and minerals is being provided to your body. This is especially important when we are getting a bit older.

these are good quality and value for the money. there is no awful vitamin aftertaste.

I've been taking the Walmart brand vitamins for 10 years work great and what is announced on the label it's what the vitamins that you're going to get great for supplements

9/10 times that I take this vitamin my stomach hurts. I've taken with food and without, plenty of water and it's this 5-7 mins of my stomach hurting. I have to lay down for that time and just rest. But then it goes away. I'm not sure why, it's not a huge vitamin in size. It has no flavor either which is good. I debate about tossing them and getting something that doesn't hurt my stomach but I don't want to waste my money. I'll just take this vitamin when I know I'll be home in the high chance my stomach will hurt
