Equate Complete Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement Tablets, Adults, 200 Count, Compare to Centrum® Adults

This product was cost efficient and contained a vitamin that I looked for in several other multivitamins and could not find. The benefit I found was I had compared all the contents in this multivitamin to more expensive ones (7 to be exact) and it was the one that beat the competition.

Have used this multivitamin for several years even though I'm over 50. The equivalent ones for over 50 do not contain iron, so if you're a woman and still need iron use these instead (they have iron). Watching Dr. Oz, he now recommends less Vit. A than these have (these have 3500 IU) so I sometimes use a few of the "over 50" equivalents a month to use less Vit. A and to help get rid of the mistake I bought (the "over 50" multis have 2500 IU) which is what he is recommending now after there was a big hoopla telling everyone to take more Vit. A. Just make sure you read the label no matter what multivitamin you buy. It's surprising the differences there are!

The best vitamin you're gonna get for this price gives you energy all day. I'm gonna keep buying it.

Taking this makes my urine look irradiated like in Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition. It's great!

Feels great knowing a daily multivitamin is available just down the street at my local Walmart.

My husband donates plasma sometimes, against my wishes. So I found these vitamins for him. They help replenish some of what his body looses during that process.

I've been taking the Walmart brand vitamins for 10 years work great and what is announced on the label it's what the vitamins that you're going to get great for supplements

9/10 times that I take this vitamin my stomach hurts. I've taken with food and without, plenty of water and it's this 5-7 mins of my stomach hurting. I have to lay down for that time and just rest. But then it goes away. I'm not sure why, it's not a huge vitamin in size. It has no flavor either which is good. I debate about tossing them and getting something that doesn't hurt my stomach but I don't want to waste my money. I'll just take this vitamin when I know I'll be home in the high chance my stomach will hurt

Lowkerkenuinely I wasn't able to see if this actually had any affects on me because I threw up every time I took it, with or without food.
