for me, this works for me. I had a problem where my throat was closing. Had an endocologist go in and stretch it for me to be able to eat and drink comfortably. These softgels are small and make it so much easier to swallow, plus I needed my Vitamin D3!!

I have multiple sclerosis and my neurologist wanted me to take extra vitamin D and recommended this brand. I've now been taking this brand for the last three years. They're easy to swallow and there's no taste. They're also very, very small, and when you're taking multiple Rx's, the smaller the better!!!

I really like Spring Valley vitamins. They're a great value for the money. I don't really see a difference between these and those higher end vitamins other than that these cost a lot less. Easy to swallow because they're coated and flavorless as long as you get them down fast. Definitely going to be a long term customer.

Vitamin D is underrated! I had foot surgery and pre-screening showed my vitamin D level was low. The 5000 UI pills were recommended by my doctor. If the levels remained low she'd cancel the surgery until they came up. In 4 days the level was well above what she recommended. IT is essential for more rapid healing. After reading the benefits of vitamin D I made this part of my daily regimen.
