Seem like fine Vitamin D pills
I'm no doctor, so I can't tell you anything for sure about the effectiveness of the product, but it looks like any other Vitamin D pill, the packaging is fine, the pills seem fine; for example, they don't stick together like some Vitamin D pills do. Seems like so far so good here.

Works Great/ Great Value!!
I take it everyday!! It seems to help give me some extra energy because if I don't take it for a few days then I sure do notice that my energy level drops way down!! I usually take 4 pills a day because I don't really notice anything if I just take 1 a day!! They don't have any taste.. they are soft gel so they are easy to swallow plus they are the cheapest in that mcg that I have found!! If you start taking them you should start telling a difference in about 5 days!! I highly recommend them!!

i take take that vitamins for years, thank you you do well with FedEx in shopping. i am having trouble trying to get my luggage shipped to my house, with FedEx, they have it tried everything with them, don't know what to do next

Worked for me
This brought my vitamin D right up. During covid and a hospital stay my vitamin D was so low. I was taking 2000 IU but it wasn't enough. My doctor increased the dosage and it has improved. I still need to continue to take. It is priced very reasonably.

Great product! My vit d level was 10.7 in February 2026. Now May 2026, my level is 43.2. Take 1 in the morning, daily.

in conjuction with magnesium has regulated my thyroid function to a good.extent and helped me conquer all the overeating I did because my thyroid is slow functioning

Spring Valley Vitamin D3 Softgels, 5000IU, 400Ct
Wal-Mart once again did an excellent job in delivering the Vitamin D3 on schedule. The only issue I have is the product is manufactured in China. This might change going forward.

cheap mood booster
I feel it's working, but the capsules are tiny and I take 6-7 at a time to help with mood (also repair of cells-30days at higher dosage). Anyway, I guess I'll just need to continue taking that many until the mood and cell repairs can be noticed.

The bottle is thin and indents easily. I transferred the contents to another more substantial bottle.
