My husband and I, both 60s, use these regularly. No, only it is a good value, but it is a great product.. If we do not take them, we definitely can feel the difference both in our health and our energy levrls. This is a good blend and is worth it!

I have recommended this product to my grown kids and sisters. The B Complex is very important for all people. It keeps your body functioning as it should. It helps fight daytime fatigue, helps with bladder leaking issues,helps to keep you mentally alert whether you are a student or a working adult. Helps with hair growth and helps keep it from falling out too. It's better to use the B-Complex than fill up on caffeine to get you through the day.

I was suffering from chronic fatigue. I'd sleep 8 hours and still need 3 naps totaling 2-6 hours to get thru the day. At first I thought it was just getting old, or my diabetes I've recently acquired, but no, I was B vitamin deficient. Now I'm literally a new man! I'd love to take vitamin C because not only is it good for you but it helps with their immune system and also this this item is excellent and it tastes good

1 tablet in the morning with breakfast does it! No after taste or upset stomach. B and C together help keep cold germs at bay and B-complex helps to sooth nerves.

When I need a little pick - me - up I take one of these. Seems to help me make it through the day easier . The pills are semi easy to swallow and gives me that little burst of energy

Love the b complex but increased my serotion to high with antidepressant because b vitamins increase your serotonin so ask your doctor before taking any vitamins or supplements

She left the package out side of the condo building instead of going in and drop it front of my apartment door as I requested in my delivery instruction. It could be taking with some one passing by and I would not get it. I had to call my neighbor to go down outside to pick it up. VERY VERY UNRESONSABLE DELEVARY. NOT HAPPY
