This is the strongest blend I saw on Walmart's website that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Inflammation is at the root of all pain. To keep ahead of pain, I was told to use this. I'ma fitness instructor and do a lot of bicep curls in my classes. When I was having severe pain in my elbow and the cortisone shots didn't seem to be working, my mother suggested turmeric. I bought these and took them as directed. The pain was gone the next day! I now take these supplements daily to stay ahead of the pain.

Sometimes, you don;t know how something makes you feel until you stop using it. I ran out of turmerc and figured, I didn't need it. In 3 days I started feeling the aches in my shoulders and my knees. So, I purchased it again and feel great. I highly recommend this if you have sore jooits. It really helps.

What can I say? They're pills. Work amazingly for reducing inflamation. Has to be these, specifically, though. I've tried other brands and other turmeric supplements that this brand offers, but i keep coming back to these. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if they came down on the price a little, though.

Dont know if this stuff works well, but ive heard good things from people about it with pain and inflammation! Would rather try this than RX from Dr...they do have a spicy taste ( Curcumin?), but i have to get relief from arthritis and fibromyalgia and lumbar back pain! Worth a try at this price! Fingers crossed.

It actually worked for arthritis pain in hands n knees. I felt better but need to remember to stock up so I don’t run out
