This knocked me out!!! I weigh about 104 lbs. My friend said. You better cut it in half. Thank God I did!! 😂😂 I slept 12 hours. Sooo I think next time I will take a 1/4 of it. I got some rest alright. It works and tastes good!!

My wife and I agree that we would buy these as a treat, if it were candy! However, it really works in helping us get to sleep. Natrol Melatonin Gummies are one of the best tasting .medicines I've ever taken. Chew one prior to laying down, and you'll really feel the difference.

I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. My niece is 14 and autistic and she has a hard time slowing down to go to sleep so she also takes the Natrol melatonin gummies. I've tried other brands but Natrol is my favorite.

These have a little bit of a bitter after taste, but they're easy to chew. i just take one a half hour before bed with my sleep medicine, and i finally sleep better!

I've purchased this product before and it works quite well however I purchased another bottle of it this month and they're not as soft and chewy they're hard to chew for some reason but the expiration date on them is 02/27 so I don't understand however I will try another bottle after I run out of these

I would chew 2 gummies well before 30 mins before bed, once I realized 30 minutes wasn’t even making me yawn. I tried for like a week. Never worked. imo I really gave it a fair shot. Whipped out my weighted blanket, hot shower before bed, completely dark room, stayed off my device. Hours in the dark, no sleep, no dozing off, not even a sleepy heaviness. Nada. Glad it works for others , as for me… I was better off eating a fruit snack

I don't recommend this item, I took 2, 10 mg gummies and never fell asleep. I recommend the Equate 5 mg Berry Mint.

Never taking melatonin again. I hadn't taken it in a while and I forgot that it gives me nightmares. The lat time I had a nightmare was the last time I took this.
