since I have spent my life fighting to go to sleep I had no expectations on this product, ordering for the first time,That night when they arrived I read directions and it stated One gummy, I chuckled to myself and said out loud , oh another waste of money .Boy was wrong!! Within 30 min , I was so sleepy, laid down and next thing I knew was I had just slept 6 hours, 6 hours to me is a miracle, SO I highly recommend this product

I was shocked how well they worked. Before I I didnt think much about melatonin. These things are the real deal. Start out with one. Be ready to go to sleep because it is lights out after chewing one gummy. Did I mention how AMAZING THEY TASTE? It says berry flavor but tastes more like a grape gummy, coated in fine sugar. i recently moved and couldn't get used to the new noises. (Trains, boats, heavy traffic and birds right outside the window) so I gave this a try. They taste amazing and works wonders. I don't take them every nite just when I need a great nights sleep/rest. It takes about 15mins to relax you so make sure your already home

After a long hospital stay where my sleep pattern was severely disrupted, I asked a pharmacist to recommend a sleep aid. He immediately recommended this product because they don't leave you groggy in the morning (like Benadryl would), and they're a gummy so that's one less pill to swallow! They work great for me - I take about 30 minutes prior to bedtime. It's such a low dose (2mg). I usually take just one, but some nights I'll take two. I think they taste good, like little sugary gumdrops. Honestly this is one of those products I recommend to everyone I know, I'm so glad I found it.

I never have trouble getting to sleep but have trouble staying asleep. Also, I have never been able to take melatonin because it gives me nightmares and makes me groggy the next day. I can take 1 or 2 of these and will be out within 30 minutes. The melatonin level (2 mg) is low enough that I am only slightly groggy the next day. I get no brain fog or nightmares like I have experienced in the past from melatonin tablets. I still wake up in the night, but if I lie in bed for a few minutes I will go back to sleep. I track my sleep on my watch and I am getting more sleep than I have in years. Sometimes more than 8 hours. Before these I was getting 5-6 hours of sleep.

These alone don't keep me asleep all night but they help and are very relaxing. I also drink Sleepy Time Extra tea. So I take two Pure Zzzs and the tea about a half hour before bedtime and I'm out in about 5- 10 minutes once my head hits the pillow, and I usually only wake up once but am able to go right back to sleep.

I wanted so badly to like these and hoped they would help me to sleep through the night. They did not. They are sweet and taste good, but contain a fair amount of sugar. Not certain it makes sense to pump sugar into the blood stream when you need to sleep. I can fall asleep easily; the problem is staying asleep and these had no impact. They apparently have worked for some people, though, so give them a try.

Horrible smell and taste!! Don't waste your money!! Did not help to fall asleep but I am foggy this morning. When I opened the bottle the smell was overwhelming and gross. The taste is worse. Had to brush my teeth a second time. I asked for a refund...

When I received this, the top was on crooked and the seal was pulled up halfway. I was stunned. It had to be someone at Walmart facility, cause I received a big box full of stuff. Never before have I seen this happen. The jar says 24 pieces. I have 25. So nothing missing but why would someone do that?
