I've been on and off about melatonin over the years. I still don't know what to think about it. I just know it was part of a regimin at some point when I was sent to a special place a few times and they had scheduled meds there. Melatonin was part of the night time set. I know I eventually slept. So, currently, I tried to go with what looked like a massive amount of people highly positively rating this brand as legit. So, I got it. Without aide, I am one of those 'supposedly' rare people that literally can never sleep unless things force it in full, so I purchased melatonin once again since the special place seemed to eventually get me to sleep with what I was given at night. I know I sleep longer with this stuff, so I guess it works? It tastes good, takes about 10 minutes to melt in the mouth, and does start working within the typical 30 minutes for melatonin products...

This is the best Melatonin supplement for kids, my kids prefer it to the gummies. Once I learned about Melatonin our live drastically improved. The kids went to bed with no whining and constant excuses to get up and they sleep peacefully all night. I got much needed rest so life became more manageable at our house.

I know people say all melatonin is alike, but I don't think so. I just let this dissolve in my mouth and take it about 20 minutes before bed and it works better than any other melatonin that I've tried. I usually will take 5 mg and if I do find I'm restless, I take five more … I struggle with sleep %26 this one definitely helps

I had to take Melatonin to help me go to sleep when I was in the hospital. I have gotten so use to this product helping me sleep I have taken it since 2021. it taste so good (strawberry!) dissolves in your mouth or you can chew it.A very good product!

I always have had trouble sleeping, my mind wouldn't shut down and relax for me to sleep after hectic days at work. I found out that as we get older we lose what is called Melatonin, which is your bodies natural sleep mechanism. Since I started taking these tablets, an hr before bed time ( I've also taking them 1/2 hr before bed), my mind slowly shuts down and I can get some sleep. They have really helped me get some sleep, and I have a very busy and imaginative mind that keeps going and going and going like the energizer bunny's battery. I've also told my mother of 85 about these, she tried them and likes them, and also talked to her doctor about it, and her doctor told her it was good and ok for her to take. So if you or someone has trouble sleeping, I recommend trying these according to the label.

I am 95 years old and have problems with sleep at night. I have been using this product for several months now. Although it seems to help I found that adjusting my sleep schedule to when I feel sleepy to be most effective, Now when the sun goes down I prepare for bed and am ready for sleep between 8pm to 9 pm. Sleep is more natural and I wake-up more refreshed. Natrol® Sleep Melatonin Fast Dissolve Tablets are easy to take and may be contributing to my better sleep.

I love natrols melatonin supplement. I have found they have changed the product recently though, the ingredients are not the same (it now contains wheat and soy and it did not before, I am gluten free so this is sad). Also no longer has vitamins Bs and calcium added, seems they have tried to make the product cheaper for them. New product also doesn't dissolve as nice in the mouth and is a lot harder, there was something satisfying about the old product that this new one doesn't have. Taste is also not as good. It still does its job though.

My autistic son with arfid will not take these because the formula is different. It changes the taste and texture slightly. Otherwise an overall great product and work for me just fine
