I believe this is a good product. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that 100 get tabs filled less than 1/4 of the bottle. Why sell and ship a big bottle thats mostly empty. I do realize the psychology of getting a big bottle to somehow justify the price, but when I saw the mostly empty bottle I immediately felt like I'd been cheated or duped by Natures Way.
