I love this product and I have used it for money but for whatever reason it keeps falling into that all inclusive lately out of stock category I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a vitamin D3 supplement but you'll probably fall into the same out of stock well I keep falling into.

I am a Senior and I was falling more. Then I asked my Dr. To check my Vitamin D level. He did and I was very low, down to 8. I have been taking 5000 IU's (125MCG) a day and I have not fallen now in almost 3 years.

I believe this is a good product. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is that 100 get tabs filled less than 1/4 of the bottle. Why sell and ship a big bottle thats mostly empty. I do realize the psychology of getting a big bottle to somehow justify the price, but when I saw the mostly empty bottle I immediately felt like I'd been cheated or duped by Natures Way. It's just wasteful packaging. The while concept of shrinkflation is maddening.

The only issue I have with the Vitamin D3 in this form is that it is very small, clear and round. If you have any issue with vision or dexterity, this pill will give you a little issue with its small size and clear, round shape.
