I'm 65 and people say you're supposed to take a multivitamin at my age.. I don't know if it helps or not I don't feel any worse when I don't take it but I do just sit around most days..

For men, we don't use airbags and sorta figured it out on our own. People like to brag sometimes but the gear shifter doesn't shift gears anymore, but the motor is still running. A man is like that motor, running on less and less cylinders until running on just one cylinder. So the pills are vitamins and the way it goes is the vitamins are sorta like motor oil. The carburetor is not going to be around and the pipes are smoking and years of old bad habits lead to a pill. It is an upstairs product and doesn't work downstairs. This multivitamin has all the vitamins and minerals you normally need. I do a lot of comparison and noticed that some of the multivitamins supplements did not have magnesium and manganese in them, while Centrum does. To produce a multivitamin without magnesium and manganese and brand it under the 50 plus age range makes no sense, since both of these minerals are very essential for men in this age group and one might not get all of these minerals they need as they age.
