It is important to use OTC meds that do not make existing conditions worse and work with perscription meds. Walmart pharmasist are helpful when you are looking for suitsble OTC meds.

Coricidin was the first on the market that is safe to use with high blood pressure (HBP). I have used Coricidin for flu, cold, chest congestion since they first came on the market without any affect on my blood pressure.

Taking blood pressure meds this is the best option for me and it seems work very well also. I did not realize if you have blood pressure issues controlled by medicine that I needed to be more careful about the cold medicine I choose. I keep this on hand just incase the stuffyness comes on overnight.

I strongly recommend Coricidin medication for all with High Blood Pressure. It's the only brand that works for me and my family, even those without HBP.

I ordered a medication specifically for coughing and chest congestion. The medication I received does not address these issues. Also, I ordered a liquid medication and the substitute was a tablet.

I was very disappointed because I believed that I was ordering HBP cough and cold. The items look very similar on online.
