This is the most effective Melatonin we have ever used. Our whole family uses them from the 6 year old to the 90 year old granddad. The kids love them. They keep our bedtimes on schedule. This product is so tasty I have to stop from eating them, much more pleasant than pills. Is also better for stomach absorption later at night when the stomach is empty. Is strawberry flavored and helps for sleep, can't get any better than that.

These are the ones we love the most. However, the label is very misleading. These are not actually 5mg. Its 5mg per serving, and 2 gummies per serving. I don't think it's right to trick consumers, but you should always read the labels before buying.

If you stay up too late scrolling on your phone and you feel so tired the next day this is a perfect product for you. I take one of these gummy’s at around 9 PM and I am out by 1030. If I don’t take them I’m up till three or four in the morning. After taking these the next morning, I feel rest and ready to face the day.

I had about 12 of the gummies left from a prior purchase and they were great. I took one of the old ones the night before and they work. I took one of these I just ordered and nothing happened. Tried the next night, nothing. I looked at the ingredients from this bottle and the exact same bottle and compared them. The ones I purchased before the ingredients are different and moved around on these new ones. Note the bottles are exactly the same ones same everything. That is probably why these don't work. I do NOT recomment.
