Zarbee's Children's Sleep Chewable Tablet with Melatonin, Grape, 30 Count

So I bought these for my daughter who has trouble sleeping and always has . We have experience with melatonin . When I tell you these things work , they work. I gave her the recommended dosage and shortly after she passed out. I also have trouble sleeping so I said ‘why not I'll take some.’ . I only took two. They taste like grape and get a bit sour so I’d recommend one at a time . 30 minutes to an hour later , I passed out so hard. I was so confused when I woke up . This stuff is deadly take it or leave it … I can not stress this enough, it works, point blank.

I need to exchange it i got the tablet instead if the liquid How can i change it

I was a little apprehensive about this product but thought I would give it a shot because I’ve used other Zarbee’s products. My 3yr old’s sleep schedule has been out of wack since covid started, she basically stayed up until she felt like for the last 6months. I started the product (1 tablet) on a Saturday evening and within 90mins (I timed it) she was sound asleep and slept thru the night without any issues. She woke up refreshed and less cranky. Three days in and it still works. I’m hoping she gets back into an early bed routine and I will ease up on the nightly dosage. I also took 2 tablets the first night as I have trouble falling asleep and it worked on me.

Best thing on the market I don't use this for my kids I use it as an adult and it will knock out me and my husband ! I recommend this to all my friends when they have a hard time sleeping at night!

Good to keep on hand for nights when the kids really don't want to go to sleep. Like when they fell asleep at five o'clock for a 2 hour nap! Not for every night! Talk to your child's doctor first.

I bought these for my 15 year old who has a hard time falling asleep. She doesn't take any sort of medication so we decided she'd start off with taking just 1 tablet. Although it did help her fall asleep within about 30 minutes, it gave her nonstop night terrors. She woke up feeling disoriented, she didn't believe that she was actually awake. She felt agitated and groggy for the remainder of the day.
