Zarbee's Children's Sleep Chewable Tablet with Melatonin, Grape, 30 Count

So I bought these for my daughter who has trouble sleeping and always has . We have experience with melatonin . When I tell you these things work , they work. I gave her the recommended dosage and shortly after she passed out. I also have trouble sleeping so I said ‘why not I'll take some.’ . I only took two. They taste like grape and get a bit sour so I’d recommend one at a time . 30 minutes to an hour later , I passed out so hard. I was so confused when I woke up . This stuff is deadly take it or leave it … I can not stress this enough, it works, point blank.

This is my all time favorite sleeping solution for my kids when they are getting ready to go back to school. I give my 9 year old 2 tablets and my fussy 4 year old 1 and they gladly take it. They love the taste and I love that it gets the job done.

I was a little apprehensive about this product but thought I would give it a shot because I’ve used other Zarbee’s products. My 3yr old’s sleep schedule has been out of wack since covid started, she basically stayed up until she felt like for the last 6months. I started the product (1 tablet) on a Saturday evening and within 90mins (I timed it) she was sound asleep and slept thru the night without any issues. She woke up refreshed and less cranky. Three days in and it still works. I’m hoping she gets back into an early bed routine and I will ease up on the nightly dosage. I also took 2 tablets the first night as I have trouble falling asleep and it worked on me.

Psycatrice put my daughter on this when she was 1 year old we got her when she was 6 months and she had a very hard time sleeping and he had us start her on this instead of prescribed medication it's not habit forming and she sleeps like a baby when it's taken she went from sleeping three hours to 6-8 hours and she is now 4 amd doing great

I really like Zarbee's Natural Sleep Chewable Tablets It works. Just don't give your child anything sweet or anything with caffeine after 4p.m. It makes a difference.

My son has a hard time getting to sleep some nights and this does the trick. Helps him relax and get to sleep fast, and he wakes up happy and full of energy.

I DO NOT like the way I feel in the morning after taking melatonin. Decided to use these 1mg just to get a little help and not so much the headaches. For my issue i wake up b/c of my bladder but still want to get some sleep .... pretty bad situation. Lucky these help me fall asleep fast. .... and not really noticing a headache in the a.m. even though i get up a few times. WOULD RECOMEND

my 2.5 yr old is not a fan of the flavor. they are hard and just not meant for anyone under 5-7 yrs old in my opinion. wasted my money but least I know now!
