The kid melatonin is enough for me, as an adult, to help relax and drift off sooner. I like the taste and texture. My kids take it occasionally. They like it too. No weird dreams or anything. I recommend.
Very good but if you have hyper kid and nothing I mean nothing can make them sleep 2 gummy once every other day not every night because it lasts about two days So for example, if they're up during the day and they're getting their play out by the time, it's time to go to bed. They will be asleep.
These gummies are great and the raspberry flavor tastes amazing. Even though they are labeled for kids, I buy them for myself because a lower dose is often much more effective than taking too much.
I give these “sleep vitamins” to both of my daughters ages 5 and 8 about 30 minutes before bedtime. They work fast and have helped create a more routine sleep schedule. We have tried several brands and so far these have worked best for us.
Honestly works great my kid has adhd and this 1 mg works fantastic give it to him an hour before bed and it helps him sleep all night. 10pm-7am a few wake ups for bathroom but honestly this has saved my sleeping routine he wasn’t sleeping at all and hit dr recommended this brand love it 😊 the powder kind sucks
My daughter suffers from sleep anxiety and we usually use a melatonin-free supplement to help her sleep. However, there are times when these supplements are not enough, or they are not available at the store. This is where these melatonin gummies can be a helpful backup for us. If you do decide to use melatonin supplements for your child, it's crucial to ensure that your child gets a full night's sleep when taking them, we have found giving melatonin gummies in the middle of the night may cause children to feel groggy and tired in the morning if they do not. A great product and it works for us as it should.
My 2 and 3 year old will come in our room 4-5 times before finally falling asleep. I figured I would try this. Oh my gosh. Only use when I really have to but BOTH of them stay in their room if they have this 30 mins before bed. It's a LIFE SAVER. Only use a few times a week but those are the easiest days!!
These gummy's are not as good as the namebrand ones it's harder to get my kid to eat these, but I do eat them myself and they work just as well as the name Brand ones.
Packaging is not childproof. My ONE-year-old opened the bottle and stuffed her mouth with these before I could catch her. I fished as many of them out of her mouth as I possibly could but she still ate some and has been asleep for hours. I would think that a re-work of the type of lid they use might be advisable because the whole point is to keep kids out…
For some reason these put my kids in a bad mood, tired but super crabby. We were using Elderberry’s before but I noticed the texture was getting hard after about a month of opening the bottle. so I decided to try a new brand (these). The texture is great on these but not working for my kids. The last thing I want at bedtime is crabby, restless, screaming kids. We stopped these and tried Zarabees, so much better!!! Would not recommend these. Will never buy again, I don’t like how they effected my children, very unhappy, not worth it in my opinion. Pay the extra bucks for more of a natural calming effect!
