Natrol® Kids Melatonin, Sleep Gummies for Children, Raspberry Flavor, 1mg, 60 Count

I have been purchasing these gummies for several years now, for myself, even though they are advertised for children. It is hard to find 1 mg Melatonin supplements, which is actually the highest amount of Melatonin people should take, (higher than that disturbs the bodies natural sleep rhythm and can shut down the bodie's ability to produce it's own melatonin). I discovered these when my 10 year old niece came to stay with me from California to the East Coast and her mom sent them along with her because of jet lag. I tried one of them one night a little bit before bed and it was "lights out!" I have never fallen asleep so quickly and soundly before .

The sleep gummies are great for the price. The snack size is perfect and helps with ease of use. Easy to chew and swallow. There is no grogginess the next morning

These definitely work. My kids call them the nighttime gummies. They help fall asleep but not necessarily stay asleep. I've also read it can cause vivid dreams. Not for daily use, just every once in a while. I use if we're on vacation and it's a new place that they are not comfortable with.

I give two to my 7 year old daughter that has ADHD and she likes them she said come out with a strawberry or a watermelon 🍉 one but most kids probably would do good with 1 but through trial and error we found 2 is the sweet spot and doesn't make her drowsy the next day

My grandson takes it willingly, his NiteNight candy, so it must taste good. Not sure about how melatonin actually works but I can say this puts an energetic 4yo boy to sleep with 30 mins maxx! About 12-15 in and he starts ASKING to go lay down. Not sure if this is good or bad? But it definitely works. I've taken melatonin myself only twice and it gave me weird dreams, but he seems to have no issues with it. And while we don't use it regularly, it IS appreciated when he can't seem to wind himself down at night. With it, he sleeps through the night, waking up happy.

My granddaughter is only 5 and has ptsd from a very traumatic event that happened in her life. She basically didn't want to ever fall asleep because of nightmares. Since we started using these gummies, she drifts off peacefully and 9/10 nights, no nightmares. In the morning she wakes up fresh, no grogginess, no sleep hangover. These really have been a lifesaver for us and our wee girl. What kids don't like to chew on a beautiful big yummy gummy, the color of a ripe strawberry?

My son like plenty other kids is pretty rambunctious at bedtime lol He wants to stay up and play. But he has school. So, each evening around 8pm he is comfortable eating his gummy, and he's resting asleep in about an hour. He is still easy to wake for school - unlike some things that make people groggy and hateful. This melatonin does not do that to us.

Works great. No more crazy, can't to wind down in the evening, or fighting to gall asleep. All without harsh meds

I know this supposed to be for kids but I buy it for myself because they do not have a regular formula that only has the 1mg and the higher ones are too heavy handed for me. works great, relaxes me enough to get a good nights rest when I need it.

I bought for my teenager who has trouble sleeping at times but I also use them myself. It works better than the 5mg adult capsules different brand that I paid more money for. I fall asleep and stay asleep
