This is by far the best sleep supplement for kids. I have kids with adhd and anxiety, and this is a super low dose of melatonin, but the combo with the other vitamins works so gently, but so consistently. it's been a total lifesaver in our house. i was even able to get my AuADHD kid off his prescribed sleep aid.

My son has recently been having a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep throughout the night. We thought we would try these mostly because it also had magnesium in them and I always heard good things about that. We did 35 minutes before bed %26 he fell asleep so quickly. He told me it tasted like candy so he didn't fight me to take “medicine”

I have a autistic son and we've tried everything and this medicine within 30 minutes to an hour he's asleep I highly recommend this medicine if someone has a child that has hard sleeping

Seems to taste great my kids prefer thi over any others and honestly ask for it when they know they will not go straight to sleep when they get in bed. Must have before bath and 30 minutes minimum for effect.

I'm an adult and I believe these Melatonin tablets for children work better than the Adult tablets I've used before, along with the extra magnesium we all need. I recommend trying them.

This product works so great! And doesn't give my children any bad side effects which I absolutely love! I even tried it myself before giving it to them and it works great! It helped me sleep during my insomnia and helped better my sleep schedule! Truly so amazing.

These work great for my child. He has been going through a phase where he will keep himself for hours after being put to bed. I give these to him an hour before bedtime, and he falls right to sleep at bedtime. Other melatonins have not worked well in the past, but they work well.

This helps my daughter get to sleep faster. She has a hard time calming down and needs a little help some nights. I like the ingredients and how easy it is for her to take. The taste is pleasant with no odd aftertaste. I'm not sure it works every night for her, but it does the trick most nights.

im sure it would help other children ,but not my 5 year old granddaughter, she has always had difficulty going to sleep,. im sure its a great product, just hasn't helped her much .

This appears to be a good product, however, I discovered I am not able to take melatonin as it makes me ill. This is the 3rd Melatonin product I tried and I reacted the same to all of them so it is not the product. I really liked this one and disappointed I am unable to use it.
