For years I tried everything to break my children's need to stay up late. From having them to lay in bed in silence, to taking naps. Absolutely no resolve!!! The first night I gave them (1 each at the time), they were fast asleep within 30min. We graduated to 2 each when they got older. I give them on school nights only, unless I feel the need to get them to sleep early on the weekends! I have been using this for about 4 yrs, under their pediatricians approval. It is natural so, its not harmful! TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU, ITS UNBELIEVABLE HOW WELL THESE WORK!!

I like that these are only 1MG. My child takes 1 and in about/within an hour they are asleep

Works wonders! I have a child that goes 24/7 even limit his sugar and caffeine intake. He get one a night. Then has to have quite time to fall asleep or he can just push right through the melatonin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for the kids when they are restless, I don’t give them melatonin often but I did when they are having trouble getting rest. Sometimes their bodies won’t relax enough to let them sleep good and that is when these come into play. They say they taste good as well and doesn’t leave a nasty taste in their mouth. Win win for me
