I really like these Gummies I take them myself and my three year-old takes them too. It never makes me too drowsy. If I need to wake up in the middle of the night, I still can. When I give it to my three year-old 30 minutes goes by and he is ready for bed. We take it right before bathtime and it makes reading a story before bed so much more enjoyable for the both of us because he's calm and he is relaxed.

These have been a life saver. We have a 4 year old that doesn't sleep well as a lot of wake periods through the night, but once we started these in about 20-30 minutes he's tired and ready for bed and stays asleep.

My great-grandson needs these because he is autistic %26 often needs to go to sleep when he can't. His mom often needs to get him on a schedule so he can go to his speech therapy. He is learning so much. A little bit of melatonin for him helps my granddaughter get a bit of rest as well. God bless all the moms with autistic children.

I bought this for my kids but I took some 1st to test it. I'm not sure how or why 2 gummies have me struggling to stay awake and keep my eyes open. For my kids they don't seem to feel it the same lol, they will still be up and running around. For me it's like drinking some good wine and relaxing and getting sleepy.

My kids said they have a delicious flavor, and they normally fall asleep within 30 minutes after taking a single gummy. these were extremely useful during state testing to help my kids go to sleep and get a full night's rest.

We have used these for years! Absolutely love them. It's the only one my kids will eat, until recently. The new “upgrade” is harder to chew. I threw the first bottle away. My husband and I tried them and it was so hard! The next bottle I received was the older bottle, so perfect. Now we just received an upgraded one again, she ate it but it took her forever to chew it.

Purchased for my 12 year old. I don't know if melatonin helps her or only has a placebo effect but I do know other brands rip her stomach up from alcohol based sweeteners. These dont give her stomach issues but don't taste like fruit snacks either so it's a good balance for children who prefer chewable supplements.

Taste is good but I feel like that's all your paying for it doesn't work well for my toddler I'd get the off brand version for a better result and price

If I type in magnesium why show me melatonin. I'm trying to switch the kids from melatonin to magnesium. It doesn't even say melatonin in the description. I guess I should have zoomed in on the bottle in the picture to know what I was buying but come on guys.
