I like the fast-dissolve format because there's no need to swallow a regular pill or have water nearby. The tablets are easy to take and convenient to keep on hand as part of a nighttime routine. I also appreciate that the bottle contains plenty of servings for the price.

Clearly contains Melatonin! I enjoy the taste very much. Dissolves quickly. No sugar, so I can go to sleep without dental concerns. Must dissolve. If I chew them, they don't seem to work. I've used these for years.

These really do help me, I noticed the difference in the last week and a half. I actually fall asleep faster and sleep well al night long. Very satisfied with this product. Wakeup feeling refreshed and not tired. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My Dr is wanting me to try this to see if it works better than a prescription medicine that causes ringing in the ears. I was taking the other medicine to help with migraines. So will see how this works. Trying this one first.

I use melatonin for myself and my kids and this is the best kind we've found! It dissolves easily and tastes great. We split them into either 2, 3, or 4 depending on the age of the kid, and they're really easy to break. It doesn't make you groggy or have any side effects.

Going through post menopause sometimes my brain just doesn't relax to go to sleep and these are perfect. Brain settles down and I fall asleep within the hour. Just make sure you get 8hours sleep so you don't feel groggy the next day.

Tastes good and does the job if you want a low dose. Often break them in half. Easy to chew. Kids would eat the whole bottle so make sure it's out of their reach. Keep in mind that melatonin can make you groggy.

My son is 7 and has been using melatonin to sleep for about 2 years. We tried this one as he hates the liquid ones and needs at least 3 milligrams to fall asleep quickly. He looks forward to chewing one up and calmly drifting off to sleep.

I love this item because it helps me fall asleep naturally I don't wake up feeling groggy and sleepy all day it just helps me fall asleep and that's all I need

This product did not work for me - doctor told me to try it for 2-3 weeks - I did %26 it didn't work. The doctor wanted me off of Benadryl for health reasons that I used to help me sleep. This melatonin product did help me get off of Benadryl, so that is a positive.
