I'm so happy I chose this fast dissolving melatonin! The strawberry flavor has a light, tasty sweetness with no weird aftertaste. I usually chew it a bit, then let it dissolve under my tongue. It's small, easy to take, and perfect for sensitive sleepers. I've tried other brands where 3mg wasn't enough, but even half a Natrol tablet helped me relax and wake up with real energy and a better mood. I believe the absorption was great—I felt truly rested. The full tablet made me a little groggy, so cutting it in half worked perfectly. I love that it's natural, gentle, and non-habit forming. This is now my go-to sleep support, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Clearly contains Melatonin! I enjoy the taste very much. Dissolves quickly. No sugar, so I can go to sleep without dental concerns. Must dissolve. If I chew them, they don't seem to work. I've used these for years.

Love this brand. It's works, tastes great AND BEST PART IS, it has xylitol which is good for your teeth!! Most brands don't use this artificial sweetener.

These really do help me, I noticed the difference in the last week and a half. I actually fall asleep faster and sleep well al night long. Very satisfied with this product. Wakeup feeling refreshed and not tired. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I use melatonin for myself and my kids and this is the best kind we've found! It dissolves easily and tastes great. We split them into either 2, 3, or 4 depending on the age of the kid, and they're really easy to break. It doesn't make you groggy or have any side effects.

I like the fast-dissolve format because there's no need to swallow a regular pill or have water nearby. The tablets are easy to take and convenient to keep on hand as part of a nighttime routine. I also appreciate that the bottle contains plenty of servings for the price.

Going through post menopause sometimes my brain just doesn't relax to go to sleep and these are perfect. Brain settles down and I fall asleep within the hour. Just make sure you get 8hours sleep so you don't feel groggy the next day.

Melatonin is a help when you need to sleep. It is not harsh or leave you hung over in the morning. The price point was a little higher than I expected but it was worth it.

This product did not work for me - doctor told me to try it for 2-3 weeks - I did %26 it didn't work. The doctor wanted me off of Benadryl for health reasons that I used to help me sleep. This melatonin product did help me get off of Benadryl, so that is a positive.

The seal was broken on it. Need a refund .
