The product is a very good alternative if you have children who do not wind down easily. My children take 1/2 to 1 pill each night 20 minutes before bedtime, and it has made our bedtime routine so much easier. They love the flavor, and that it desolves easily on their tongue.

I started with just one pill but found that it works better for me if i take 2. I like this low dosage because I can easily adjust how much to take. It is recommended that you start off low and increase dosage as needed. Easy to do with these 1 mg pills. They taste great and disolve easily without water. I usually take one or two as I turn out the light. Works well for me without making me feel tired next day.

I've had very good results with these tablets. The dosage is consistent. I was told by my doctor to take 1mg/night of melatonin. I was skeptical that this would help but was surprised and pleased with the results.

These were my go to for my toddler who is very high strung. And she is also a very picky eater, but somehow she like these, and then they started being harder to find so I had to order straight from the website. As soon as I gave them to her, she knew immediately that it taste different and I noticed that the size was different. I don't know why they have to change the size of the pill or why they would change the recipe for it but I was sad because I can't find anything else that she will eat and these are not very hard to get her to eat.
