I love that this product promotes restful and healthy sleep for ages four and up. My children were able to fall asleep quickly. It was also nice to see them sleep longer then usual after taking this product. This product is easy for children to take, since it is a fast dissolving tablet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try these before allowing my children to since it would be their first time. The first night at about 8:00PM, I put one tab under my tongue and allowed it to dissolve. The great part is I woke up very well rested. I had the best night of sleep I can recall. Unfortunately, I also overslept by 3 hours and was about 1.5 hours late for work! The next night I took another one but I chewed it and washed it down with water. That night was extra regular for me and the sleeping was as usual. I ended up giving my kids a half of a tablet and they were fine.

This Natrol Kids Melatonin Fast Dissolve product is the game changer. My children and I have recently moved 700 miles away from all family and friends for a new job and they were having a hard time adjusting to new beds, new rooms, new routines. When I gave them some of the tablets the first night, it was awesome! I finally got some very much needed rest, my children woke up feeling like their normal selves, and life was ok for the day! I have tried quite a few different Kids Melatonin but none have worked as well as Natrol Kids Melatonin Fast Dissolve has on my 4 year old. For the first time he is actually sleeping through the night!! He loves the dissolving too! He calls it yummy magic! Haha! I definitely recommend this for your kids! I bought this product because Natrol is a good brand, the ingredients were better than other brands, the price was good and I was hoping this might help me overcome my chronic insomnia. Unfortunately, It did not help with my insomnia and I tried varying doses. Good brand so I just think melatonin does not work for me. Worth a try though!
