My kids were constantly getting out of bed after we put them down. The first night they took it they never came out and were quickly asleep and that pattern has continued the past 6 months as well. Best of all, the kids love it and run to get it every night.

I was surprised of how fast my toddler went to sleep so it works , but I've tried other brands before and it didn't work so I guess every kid is different.

Overly active 5 year old needs help settling down and getting to sleep. Chose these for the ingredients. They like the taste and the texture. Helps with them getting to sleep.

Whenever the kiddos have had having a hard time sleeping they work great. I suggest Load doses and only as needed!

Do Not give to your kids! This product should be banned! Gave product to my daughter to try and regulate her sleep schedule, it caused her to have irritability and nightmares. It actually caused her to wake up multiple times throughout the night!
