These are 10 mg gummies. I have to take two when I have insomnia, which is a pretty large dose. I let them resolve in my mouth before swallowing. They taste good. I have noticed melatonin in general causes me to have more vivid and memorable dreams, sometimes unpleasant ones.

These melatonin not only work very well, but the flavor makes them better than most. I don't take them very often but when needed they work wonderful. The extra strength helps me get to sleep faster. I recommend these melatonin to anybody who has a sleeping issue or just needs that extra boost on nights when you're mine won't shut down.

I have a terrible time staying asleep! This helps but not for every night. I use the. Every 3-4 days and then get a fill 8 hours sleep. I do not want to take medication so I am thankful for gummies. I tried the pills but didn't work very well. Gummies go straight into you stomach and delivery to the body is very quick. Plan on being in bed in an hour!

These are the best flavor - 2 for 10mg of meletonin - wish each had 10mg instead of having to take 2... but for what it is they're good. Smell good too!

use this product for about three years now.And I like that, it's fast active, just make sure you drink something with it. But I always fall asleep and stay asleep

These are so great!! there great tasting and start working as fast as u take them. If u have a REALLY hard time going and staying asleep, u should really try them!!

This product does not 'seem' to be as effective as the Nature Made product ive been taking for the last few year although they are both the same dosage.
