So my boyfriend is one that snores insanely loud and like crazy. I literally have to wear earplugs to sleep… He takes melatonin every night… but when he switched to this one somehow he barely snores anymore! No clue how…. But it was an immediate change night 1!

This is my first bottle and I think it's working. It takes some time to get used to. You might be a little sleepy after a couple nights depend on how it reacts to you, but I think it does really well. I still wake up sometimes in the middle of the night, of course but I wake refreshed

this stuff is amazing! im in my 40s and perimenopause has messed with my sleeping but this helps me stay asleep almost until my alarm goes off in the morning. ive been taking it for about 4 months and ive noticed a big improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I got older I seemed to wake up every morning around 3am after only sleeping several hours. My doctor recomended Melatonin and volia! I find time released tablets work really well for me and I take them at bedtime with warm cocoa after my Dr recomended warm milk too. Sleeping like a baby with time released melatonin.

Product works very well for me. I wish it was still available in package of 100, which is a much better value. Otherwise, I am very happy with it.

Lower mg do nothing for me but these extended release 10 mg work great the vast majority of the time. Would highly recommend for people like myself who have a hard time getting to sleep %26 they don't make me groggy the next morning.

Sometimes when I can't get to sleep because my brain won't slow down this helps. All natural, no drugs, no drowsy feeling the next morning, just a good night's sleep. I take it about 20 minutes before I go to bed.

Menopause ruined my sleep. Benadryl, Zquil etc are not safe to take long term (significant association with dementia). Taking just an immediate release melatonin seemed to help me fall asleep but not stay asleep. These do both. I also take a magnesium glycinate and follow good sleep hygiene with a cool dark room and a silk sleep mask.

Helps just a little with my light sleeping. At first you may have more intense dreams until you are used to it. So far my intent is to continue using this long term but insufficient exercise causes poorer sleep for me.

Not as effective for me as pharmacy house brand. I sleep soundly for about 4 hours, but then I'm wide awake. I was hoping for 7 to 8 hours of solid sleep.
