these are not capsules - they are administered by mouth and they are not a orage flavor but are for vegans yes indeed - some do come in orange flavor which taste good as i like orange flavors - this makes my family sleep well - i have one family member over age 60 that takes medicine for heart and diabetes and it does help that person sleep well

Great price. Does help you sleep. Do not take every night wont work. My mom with Alzheimers was prescribed to take it by her doctor and said it really helps. Better than taking sleeping pill. Spring Valley is way cheaper and just as good.

I like the strawberry flavored ones but I also got the pline, I just let it dissolve underneath my tongue and keep it there as long as possible. they were recommended by a medical professional and in combination with my other medication. I definitely get some sleep

I have trouble getting to sleep, but when I get into bed after taking my melatonin, I fall off and stay asleep until the dreaded bathroom trip. But then I can go back to sleep. There is no morning drowsiness or hangover for me either.

I did not care for these. I prefer the ones that have a little flavor and dissolve in your mouth. I suppose they still work as well as most of the others. I can't say for certain.

Doesnt work at all. Compared to other brands this does not have accurate miligrams of melatonin, if it has any at all. ive taken up to 3, which should be 30 mg. it did nothing. usually one 10mg works for me. Terrible brand
