Spring Valley Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc Plus Vitamin D3 Coated Caplets, 250 Count

I've been taking Spring Valley's Calcium, Magnesium %26 Zinc Plus Vitamin D for a few weeks now. The 250-count bottle is a great value and lasts a long time. Caplets are on the larger side but the coating makes them pretty easy to swallow with water. I like that it combines four essentials in one instead of taking multiple pills. No weird aftertaste and easy on my stomach when I take it with food. If you're looking for straightforward bone and muscle health support without breaking the bank, this one does the job.

I have taken this supplement for years. I buy this brand because of the affordability and the quantity of the nutrients. I would recommend this to anyone. The zinc helps me with my immune system. Magnesium is overall body health and vitamin D is necessary as well. This way I know I'm getting a good amount of these nutrients. Used to be available in the stores, but now I can only find it online.

Reliable product at an excellent price. Tablets may be large for any who have a hard time with large caplets but they have no or little taste. Easy to cut in half with an inexpensive pill cutter. Just be certain your other meds mix well with magnesium, calcium and zinc. For example, thyroid supplements should not be taken at the same time as calcium.

You really can't go wrong with a 4-in-one item. I love that I can take one pill that includes all of these essential vitamins. I wish life were that easy. Get on it, Walmart!

I'm a healthy, strong man in his late 40s. My main concern about the vitamins and supplements I use is that they work. I've done a lot of research on magnesium. there's a lot of different kinds of magnesium. and this kind of magnesium, magnesium oxide, seems to give me energy when I take it and it just makes me feel better. and I'm sure the zinc and the calcium and the vitamin D3 help too. magnesium helps my energy levels and it seems to help a lot. I would totally recommend this to anyone. I'm not a doctor or anything and I cannot tell you what to do or how to live but for me this works! but you should always check with your doctor when starting a new medication or vitamins or anything like that.

Was doing some research online on how to get a longer deep sleep cycle which I track with my fitbit. One commenter mentioned he takes 2 not 3 of these at bed and sleeps 9 hours a night and his deep sleep has increased so I gave it a try. Last night I slept 7 hours total and 1 hour of deep sleep and 1hr 15 minutes of REM sleep. That was an increase from the usual 6 hours total and an increase from 30 minutes deep sleep that I use to get . I definitely recommend for sleep. I woke feeling calm and comfortable.

It's good for the price, but apparently it is magnesium oxide, and not magnesium glycinate. The magnesium dose is tiny — only 33 mg of the worst-absorbed form (magnesium oxide)**. Studies show magnesium oxide is only ~4 % bioavailable → you actually absorb ≈ 1–1.5 mg from each caplet.

Thought maybe this was a good deal of cal/mag/zinc/D3 compared to my typical purchase of Country Life calcium magnesium d3 capsules i typically take. I have osteoarthritis in my hands and Country Life with combination of Mercola Collagen Complex I, II, III(after taking for 3 months) have made a difference with the aches and stiffness in my hands, When I started taking Spring Valley supplements instead of Country Life, after 3 weeks the aches and stiffness in hands returned. I stopped taking after a full one month and had ordered Country Life in the interim. When I received Country Life calcium, I started taking again and very soon(1-2 weeks) noticed a big change, difference.

Not usable and where is the collagen biotin that I ordered and payed for let alone you could have replaced my vitamin d with another brand. I ordered 11 items on my original order and got 7. I will never order from you again. Thuds happens every time
