my pharmacy wanted $23.00 for this same iron that my doctor prescribed for me. thankfully, i looked at walmart first. thank you walmart for ssving me $20.00

I am not a fan of pills, they make me nervous so I struggle to swallow them. But then tablets are small and circular so it's less nerve racking consuming them. They also don't leave a strong after taste like a lot of Iron supplements I have used. For example, when you burp you can of course taste the Iron but it's not a obnoxiously strong taste or smell and it goes away quickly.

I have low iron, so these have been a life saver for my energy levels. I actually feel like a functioning human again! They are easy to swallow and dont have that weird metallic aftertaste some others do. Definitely keeping these in my daily routine.

I only take these occasionally when I feel tired and run down. A doctor years ago told me to take these only for about a week and this would jump start my energy. I like the Spring Valley name because the price is good and supplements work as expected. These are very small and easy to swallow.

Does the job, just not glamorous. If you need iron, you need iron, and these get it done without overcomplicating things. Simple, affordable, and easy to find. They are a little on the heavier side, so taking them with food definitely helps. Not something you get excited about taking, but if you are low, you will notice the difference over time. Practical, effective, and one of those “take it and move on” kind of things.

I always thought if you took iron you wouldn't be able to poo. This is not true. I take selenium everyday too and everything is good . Don't be afraid of iron if you are taking all your supplements properly.

Spring Valley is a great source for your vitamin needs. I use several of their products. I highly recommend giving Spring Valley a try. I have used the Iron for over a year.

These are the only iron tablets I can handle. I've tried multiple different brands and they've all tasted like blood. These have no taste. If you've had problems with other brands tasting metallic or like blood, I highly recommend you give these a try.

Please use clear containers or revise your labeling to show a photo of the actual shape, size and color of the tablets. This helps the consumer distinguish between your product and others they made need to take.

Considering I had to have iron infusions I would say they don't work. I had been taking them for over 6 months. Several years ago all of Walmarts brand vitamins and supplements were pulled from the shelves because some tests proved they were not up to par as to the quality they were supposed to be and I think they just put the same product right back on the shelf
