first time trying this brand and it did its job. half the price of Abreva and worked just as well. flare ups can be embarrasing however this product made the fever blister shrink and disappear in as little as 3 days. if you are tight on money, i recommend this brand over other popular name brands.
After trying this product, I liked how the gel went on clear and had no residue. It eased itching within just a few minutes after applying. As soon as I put the gel on, it numbs all the pain and itching and helps prevent cracking. This is a must-have product to prevent further infections.
I recently tried the Herpecin L Pain Relief Triple Action with Lidocaine which really worked great. You can just put a spot on your cold sore and it numbs the pain and helps with the itching too. It helps my cold dores heal faster, this particular Herpecin L has an antiseptic to help protect against infection too. Absolutely recommend.
I never used this before always bought it made in the chapstick form. Now I will be buying both ways. Worked really fast and I already had the sore. Nothing else I ever used would do anything once the cold sore started. The only problem is the tube is really small so they make sure you will need to buy another one for the next cold sore to come along. I already bought a new one and still have some leftover in the firdt tube.
When applied this encases the cold sore, inside it is numbing the pain and itch, protecting the sore against infection, and preventing any cracking by moisturizing the sore. This triple action helps to heal the sore much faster. I used to buy Abreva but its just too expensive and this does just as well or better for waaaay less. I also recommend that anyone that suffers from this to research the benefits of L-Lysine as this in conjunction with the Herpecin L gel are VERY EFFECTIVE.
I just started using Herpecin L gel and it works wonders! I have a cold sore for a couple days now, I started using Herpecin L going on 3 days and it’s almost gone, I also get dry cracked lips around the change of weather heading into winter and Herpecin has also stopped that from happening and my lips no longer hurt, I highly recommend this product!!!!! I wish I had gave it a chance Years ago!
I loved this product. With fall starting, but being much colder than usual here in Texas I get a lot of cold sores. I ordered this product with hopes it would help and it truly did. I was provided with painless fast relief. I wasn’t itchy, it wasn’t cracking, and the best part is that it went on clear. I was able to go about my day without anyone staring at my cold sore. I love this medicine. I bought some for my dad who also experiences cold sores and I hope he gets the same relief I’ve experienced. It’s definitely worth a try!
This product numbs any mouth sore on contact in seconds %26 Walmart always has this in stock in at least one of many stores w/delivery within 24 hours - one time I ordered %2310 / I got all 10 over 4 delivered packages from different stores - like I said - lifesavers!!!
havent had a breakout in almost 3 years and then bam! i get a cold sore and its always on my upper left lip. i know uv rays are a huge trigger and i did lay in a tanning bed without my chapstick so theres the culprit. anyways ive been putting lots of Abreva on at night and i bought this Herpicin L for work cause its clear and it numbs it really well without burning. its day 2 and its starting to dry out.. ill continue both medications so hopefully it dries it up fast!!
My daughter happened to get a couple cold sores so we tried this Herpecin L Pain Relief Triple Action Lidocaine Cold Sore and Fever Blister Gel and it actually did the job! My daughter used this about 2-3 times and you could actually see the medicine starting to do its job. By day 4 the cold sores were completely dried up.
