These pills are very large and rough. Every time I swallow one, I feel like it's going to stick in my throat, and it feels like it's scraping the inside of my throat all the way down. Needs some kind of coating to stop being painful and help it go down.

I Love The Quality of Spring Valley Products. However the L-lysine pills are enormous in size and when buying online, I did not see an indication of there size. I am unable to swallow these %26 wish they had just did them, as taking more pills in a considerably smaller size. Ty
