As you get older, you need to supplement your meals with vitamins. It can be expensive to buy individual vitamins and minerals. These Spring Valley Multi Vitamins were affordable and they will help replace the vitamins you do not get from your food.

The only item I didn't like was that the Vitamin B12 type being used, is not the most absorbable form. it's a great value for the money.

Great product. This probiotic with prebiotic works great. Improved gut health without the gas and bloating. A vital part of my daily weight and overall health maintenance. Delivery/shipping horrible!! I ordered this product along with some other items. Everything that I ordered was in stock and the order process was a breeze showing expected delivery dates. Then, only a few hours after receiving a confirmation email that the product had shipped, I received another email saying that this part of my order and shipment had been canceled and that I had been issued a refund. Nothing earth shattering, just an inconvenience.

Got three bottles, all were set to expire in three months.... product rotation plz....

They taste horrible and they're oversized for the vitamin content that is listed on the package, and because of the size I find them miserably hard to swallow.

Its been delivered to the wrong apartment. I never got it. the delivery photo shows its at apartment 201 . Not 104 where i am at.
