I took these for years and seldom got sick. Last year I changed to different brand that seemed stronger to take less caps at a time. I’ve been sick on and off too often since. Just this week I have returned to this brand and taking 4 caps 2x/day. I am already feeling better. When back to my good self, I will drop down to 2-1-2x/day. I’m sorry I changed my routine.

It's said garlic helps keep arteries clear, the reason I take this. I just had extensive medical tests for circulation and my arteries are clear. I'm 70 and pretty much eat what I want.

I take 1 each day and for me it helps with the swelling in my legs. It is true there's no garlic smell from your skin. One of the wound therapists 4 years ago gave me a list of different things to take and told me they all work the same for swelling in the legs and this was the least expensive and it really does work better than I expected it to.

I take 3 a day during the winter months to keep from getting colds. So far it’s worked great for me. Haven’t been sick all winter.

I take these everyday for my heart health and circulation. They are the best i have found. Most others brands have you taking three pills a day. This one is concentrated so you only need one and they have no taste nor any odor.

I can't stand the taste of garlic 🧄...but I pop these to get the health benefits. Probably can't substitute for eating raw garlic bulbs but hey ... you do what you got to do.

Not odor-controlled! These things stink in the bottle and if you don't take them right before bed then you'll be burping them up all day, it's not fun. But they work, I can't argue with that.

I am one of the lucky ones where statins cause horrible side effects for me. so I decided to try this especially with the reviews saying it was odorless and no taste. well. that is a lie. you can smell the garlic outside of the bottle. my hands smelled of garlic while pouring the pills out to put in my pill container. it's small enough to be swallowed quickly so, I didn't taste garlic there but I am burping it up for sure. I really am hoping I don't sweat garlic smell now. That worries me. I am going to try to keep taking them for my cholesterol but I will probably try a different brand next time.
