Been taking the vitamins for a couple of months now. Have to say I’m feeling more energetic than I was before. I have addisons disease and I’m trying to get in physical therapy and have trouble getting scheduled because I always ended up in wound care before the pt referral was completed! I have been using the Equate Mature Multivitamin A thru Z Adult 50+ tablets as a dietary supplement as prescribed by my physician. They work very well for me and I don't have to pay more money for a "brand name" supplement. Why pay morejust for a "brand name"?

These have the wrong type of Calcium. The Calcium in these, according to my husbands Urologist, help cause Kidney Stones so start putting Calcium Citrate in them instead of Calcium Carbonate. Calcium Carbonate helps build Kidney stones. Please do better for our bodies.
