I'm diabetic and this protein shake is a great meal replacement. Tasty, enough protein and fiber for a satisfying drink that fulfills my meal needs. I drink it two or three times daily to manage my protein needs and provide a quick meal on the go. Allows me to maintain good health and steady sugar balances for A1C management. Best product on market, and I've tried them all. Well balanced blend of vitamins, minerals, protein, carbs and fiber. Highly recommend it to anyone on the go needing a protein drink for any need. Vanilla is great, chocolate is equally great tasting. Great for vegans.

I have had a whipple and with that came EPI/exocrine pancreatic insufficiency which leads to malnutrition quickly so one way to get ones vitamins and minerals is to take them and these have helped keep my levels up in my bloodwork without having to take each one individually. They are not overly huge and easy to swallow. The cost is less then the name brand and just as good in my opinion. No stomach upset and i would know instantly with the surgery ive had if anything bothers my intestinal track. Recommend this item

These are the best multivitamins they're very strong. They include potassium magnesium things that are not in all multiple vitamins. I'm very satisfied with them. I tried a few other ones but this one is dynamite. In fact I ordered 240 pill bottle this time I recommended anybody that needs a little more energy every day it balances your system so good thank you

Some of these ingredients are helpful for brain support and come in a form that is easily absorbed in your gut. This is not some fruit snack shaped like little bears, but instead, healthy nutrients.

I have used it many times with satisfactory results,. I cannot take iron as a supplement so this option is free of iron and that makes it good for me.

I know a lot of people are against vitamins for health. However, I've been using these vitamins for years. and I truly feel they are good for my health.

I've been buying this product for years and it's always kept me healthy for the most part. I take calcium and iron supplements as well as vitamin c along with this and my doctor says it does wonders for me.

These vitamin tablets seem to be the same as more expensive brands, but at a comparatively lower price. I can't say if they work as well because they are vitamins and the results are not immediately tangible, but I don't have any complaints with them and appreciate a lower price point.

The price is right. I don't know if these vitamins or any others do anything. I take them just in case they help. Equate is a brand I recognize and overall like.
