Spring Valley Vitamin D3 Softgels, 50 mcg (2,000 IU), 200 Count, Supplement for Bone and Immune Health

I just recently found this product, so happy I did!!! I was using doctor’s prescription medication. This does the same thing, at a much more affordable price. ( My insurance didn’t cover the prescription ). I take one a day. When I showed it to my doctor, he gave me a thumbs up.

I've been using these vitamins for years now to keep my vitamin D level up and they've always worked great. I get mine tested twice a year and it's stayed steady. I also like that they're a soft gel, as tablet vitamins are usually a bit yucky taste wise. These just slide right down and you barely notice it.

I have osteoporosis and vitamin D is essential for calcium absorption. I am on an osteoporosis Medication and have been for over 6 years. My care provider recommended vitamin D for better calcium and med absorption. I am hoping it works. It is small and easy to swallow. in OregonI. The fall and winter there isn’t much sunshine and you get vitamin D from the sun. I am hoping that it will help my osteoporosis and help with better calcium absorption. I take the vitamin D with Calcium in the morning. Thank you

I've used for several years and it's fine. The label only says “D” though, instead of “D3.” The ingredient list shows Cholecalciferol, so it's D3, but it should show that on the front of the label to avoid confusion.

the description states D3, what you receive is D. Not the same product. Too bad, returned the D as I wanted D3. I may sound odd but D3 is better than D. From google... "For most people, vitamin D3 (not D) is recommended because it is more effective at raising and maintaining blood levels of vitamin D."

BEWARE! THIS IS NOTTTT VITAMIN D3 as the title states, its Vitamin D. Look on the back of bottle, ingredients says less then 2% of “cholecalciferol” which is vitamin D. I will contact walmart to let them know its stating something that it isnt. Customers wrongly think they’re getting Vit D.

Description indicates that this is D3, however the bottle says it is D. There is a huge difference between the two as to how quickly the vitamin is absorbed.

I thought I was getting vitamin D3 as that is how the description reads. In reality it’s vitamin D, not D3 and there is a difference. D3 is more effective at raising and maintaining vitamin D levels in the body. I’ll use these, it’s not worth the time and gas to return them.

Be careful getting this delivered. Three times they have delivered just vitamin D not D3. Even texted the shopper twice to make sure to get the right one and never got a response.

they shopped for the wrong thang they brought me vit d and not vit d3 it was on my list as what i wanted they didnt pay attention to what they was doing neverhad no mistakes tell now ugh
