This is our first bottle. Dr. said because of our homocystine (sp?) levels, he recommends getting a good brand with no fillers. Vitamin stores also have D3 with K. I may try that next. Don't notice a change in energy but we haven't been taking it long. Hubby and I took D3 with C, 5000 units, for years. Don't know why we stopped. I did try gummies once.
