I wasn’t really feeling myself for a good while. I was feeling like crap. But I was taking these until I ran out and it definitely made a difference my overall how I was feeling. Vitamin D is very important for your body. It can make a huge difference on if you’re feeling healthier or not.

I really like that these are capsules. My body doesn't do well with hard pill form Multi Vitamins. Gummies are ok, but their missing Iron and one other important vitamin, that U end up having to buy separately.

My doctor prescribes a vitamin D supplement since I have to avoid the sun (lupus) and I've been using Spring Valley Extra Strength Vitamin D3 Softgels for years. They're easy to swallow and do the job without being too expensive. I take 1 softgel every morning.

I read about this by doing research about sleep aids. it works very well for me. I highly recommend this product. if you decide to try it and it doesn't work add one more the next night. Add one every night until you find the right dosage. I take 5 a night because that's the amount that works for me. I'm an insomniac.

I have been taking the Spring Valley Vitamin D-3 for about three years now because of chronic fatigue. Before taking the D-3 softgels 5000 lu supplement, I could barely put one foot in front of the other, I still have some fatigue issues, but nothing close to how I felt before. I would definitely recommend this product.

ive been taking these for 3 years now. I was deficient in vit d when I started and now I'm finally in the normal range and these help. vit d does take time to build up so when starting them dont get discouraged. It took about a year to get in the normal range. I still take the 5000ius everyday. I'm 59 yesrs old. my hormone specialist told me to start taking them.

My doctor has me taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D per day. The previous ones I had were large capsules. Due to a surgery I had, I have a really hard time swallowing them. These are wonderful! They're very small softgels and are very easy for me to swallow.

This is our first bottle. Dr. said because of our homocystine (sp?) levels, he recommends getting a good brand with no fillers. Vitamin stores also have D3 with K. I may try that next. Don't notice a change in energy but we haven't been taking it long. Hubby and I took D3 with C, 5000 units, for years. Don't know why we stopped. I did try gummies once. Hope our numbers of homocystines get back to normal, then we'll know if it is working. This D3 is small enough for an easy swallow.
