I don't get a lot of fish in my diet and wanted to add omega-3s for The Amazing Health benefits. Spring Valley Omega-3 Minis provide 1000mg of fish oil per two soft gels, delivering 645 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 310 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) fatty acids for heart and brain health support This is per to capsules. Studied Health Benefits of EPA %26 DHA include cardiovascular health brain health and cognitive function eye health inflammation and joint pain. I can attest that while using this supplement I have improved in every one of these categories. Of course I do take supplements that might also have synergistic effects. I like the spring valley minis because they don't taste or smell fishy and they have a light lemon scent or flavor. They also are much smaller than the larger fish oil horse pills. They also do not contain any omega-6s which can have some negative effects. If you want to take an Omega-3. I highly recommend this supplement Note if you're taking this for inflammation joint pain brain health or cardiovascular health highly suggest you add tumeric/curcumin.

At first, I bought the regular size capsules, but they were honestly just too big for me to comfortably swallow, so I switched to the mini version—and that made all the difference. These are so much easier to take, which has helped me stay consistent. Another big plus is there's no fishy taste at all. That was something I was really worried about, but these have more of a light, subtle lemon taste that actually makes them pretty pleasant to take. I've only been using them for a short time, but I feel good knowing I'm actually addressing something that showed up in my bloodwork. I'm planning to retest in a few months and am really curious to see how much my levels improve. Overall, very happy with these so far—especially if you struggle with large pills or have avoided fish oil because of the taste.

If the horse pill size omega-3 is choking you, I recommend this mini size. To compensate for the larger size you need to take 2/day not 1. That allows the dose to be spread over morning and night. I like that. The large ones were chocking me so dangerously that I had to stop taking them altogether. I appreciate the mini size.

This is literally the ONLY Spring Valley Omega-3 product that should be sold. The "mini" size is a must for their 1,000mg fish oil supplement. Frequently, the store is out of stock of the mini size when I 'm not prepared to wait until my next visit, and I have to purchase the large size. They are terrible to have to swallow, even alone! Keep the stock up on the mini size, PLEASE!

I dislike any fishy scent or taste with supplements, so these were amazing. There is a hint of lemon citrus scent/taste to these, so it makes it SO much easier to take daily. The size is smaller than other Omega supplements so it is easier to go down even when taking two at the same time. Overall, I am impressed. It's too early to tell if they are working for what they intend but for the taste/smell and size they are wonderful.

Purchased omega 3 gummies because I don't like fish and normal omega 3 supplements cause you to taste or burp fish. I don't do fish in any form. Saw these and thought I'm going to try them based off the reviews, so glad I did. There is absolutely NO fish taste and NO fish burps!!! You get more milligrams in these than you do in the gummies. They are not tiny like vitamin D size, but are a lot smaller than regular size omega 3 fish oil. I'm going to continue to buy these from here on out. Definitely a keeper for me! 🤣

I love picking up the locked up items! SO much easier than trying to find a clerk with a key and then it goes into a locked box and taken to a checkout counter. Then you stand in a long line to pay for it. I felt like I was the criminal! If they could check you out by the cosmetics section, it might not be quite as bad. But picking it up is WAY better!

Difficult to swallow. Advertised as minis which they are, but they are small little hard balls which I could not get down. Another brand in this price range has minis also but they are cylinder shaped and I have no problem swallowing them. I was trying to save a little bit of money but now I'm stuck with a whole bottle I won't be able to use.

Advertising as 1000mg meanwhile with very small letters you have to take 2 capsules! Additionally they are not small at all regular capsules Do not recommend

Having purchased this product in the past and being happy with it, I made a new purchase. I ordered three bottles of 120 pills expecting that it would last for close to a year upon reading the bottle in a very small print. It says the 1000 mg is per two soft gels so this gives me 360 pills that will barely last six months. I'm very unhappy.
