Spring Valley Proactive Support Omega-3 Mini from Fish Oil Dietary Supplement, 1000 mg, 120 Count

I take it every day. I decided to buy this presentation because it is easier to swallow and brings the exact dose I need. I take it daily to take care of my health. The bottle brings an amount for two months if you take 2 tabs a day or 4 months if you take one daily. The bottle has a good presentation, protection and safety.

I found out through recent bloodwork that my omega-3 levels were lower than they should be, so I started looking into supplements. After doing some research, I landed on this one and decided to give it a try. At first, I bought the regular size capsules, but they were honestly just too big for me to comfortably swallow, so I switched to the mini version—and that made all the difference. These are so much easier to take, which has helped me stay consistent. Another big plus is there's no fishy taste at all. That was something I was really worried about, but these have more of a light, subtle lemon taste that actually makes them pretty pleasant to take. I've only been using them for a short time, but I feel good knowing I'm actually addressing something that showed up in my bloodwork. I'm planning to retest in a few months and am really curious to see how much my levels improve. Overall, very happy with these so far—especially if you struggle with large pills or have avoided fish oil because of the taste.

I love this fish oil! i get all the benefits and none of the fishy aftertaste or burps at all. The pills even smell like lemon and have no smell of fish either. The dosage is great and only one pill is needed a day. Great value and product. Highly recommend!!

Want To Send Back Order The Wrong One I Haven't Opened It .

They don't leave that Fish burp taste afterwards. They are a lot smaller easier to go down than the bigger ones. I take these. My husband takes these and my Doberman takes these. Thank you.

The cap was broken. I wish whoever is filling the order would pay closer attention before putting it in my bag

It was open!!!!!

These were substituted for the SV Omega-3 1000mg (1 per day) 60 softgels on my Walmart pickup order this week. These are the same product and brand only there are 120 mini softgels (500mg each) that you take twice daily and they are almost twice the cost of what I ordered. Same product/ same total 1000 mg daily, smaller pills but twice the cost! I will be returning them today. Shame on you and your marketing Wal Mart. I will remember next time to select “No Substitutions” on my pickup order.

I kept having fish burps and belches until, his product made me sick to my stomach. I paid over $20 to get food poisoning %26 Walmart won't give me my money back.

This is not easier to swallow. It is 41 thousands in diameter. The 1000 mg is 39 thousands in diameter. Also, it is a near oval shape and gets twisted and does not go down as easy as the other.
