Radiant Skin, Improved Circulation
I purchased this for nighttime hot flashes (as recommended by my doctor) as well as for rosacea. There's no aftertaste, flush, nor adverse effects. I have noticed improved circulation, as evidenced by more blood flow to my hands and feet, which turn white in winter. I'll continue to take as I'm enjoying the radiant skin.

Increased with thinking ability
What I did enjoy was no flushed face, I enjoyed the ability to think better, to think more clear, the cost is alot less expensive than any other pharmacy's in the area...

My number one product.
I have been purchasing Spring Valley products for a long time now…. I truly trust the high quality products, sometimes we over look certain products of great quality, cause we think they’re not of quality material…. I rely and trust this product.

my PCP recommended that I started using this, and I have been using this product for years since it has been with no problems. (Just make sure that it is "flush free").

Good deal
The pharmacist told me there was no difference if I had the prescription or this shelf product. (Only about a 50.00 difference!) It is a good product!

I like this product very much. It's a lot better than the other one. This is actually the flush free and the flush don't make you flush at all. This is an excellent product. It could be a little cheaper, but I do recommend it.

hot flash
I did have the flushing with this supplement.But it only lasted about a week and then it went away. Make sure you take it with food. No other side effects.

Sadly Disappointed
I had such high hopes for this product, And wanted it to work really good So I tried a month worth of it, then went to my doctors Had blood work done, and found out set my cholesterol was bad. My bad cholesterol was 167 and my good cholesterol was 59. I think, So It did not work for me. I am so sorry to say yet. I wanted it to so bad. This is a honest review. Thank you for your time.
