After the first cortisone shot didn't alleviate the “tennis elbow” pain in my right elbow, I tried turmeric at my mother's suggestion . I got a second shot, but I also tried turmeric. The pain was eased significantly. Was it the second shot or was it the turmeric? I can't be certain, but I was also having less severe pain in my left elbow. The pain in it disappeared, too. great product and it does help with joint and muscle health it just takes you getting use to the routine of taking them daily in about 3 to 4 weeks you should feel a change

Read about the benefits of Tumeric and decided to try this brand, easy purchase and good value for the money. I find it best to take after having breakfast, it seems to be working, feeling better since taking every other day, been 2 weeks now.

Spring Vally seems to be a reliable company and pricing is okay. This vitamin is supposed to be helpful, too early to tell a difference.

Tumeric is good for any inflammation in the body. Either get it in a supplement, tea or food seasoning.
