Spring Valley Turmeric Curcumin with Ginger Powder Dietary Supplement Vegetarian Capsules for General Wellness, 500 mg, 90 Count

I'm about five days in and I've noticed steady energy throughout the day. I don't need coffee as much as usual and mental clarity a bit better, can't wait to see how I continue to improve on this.

I'm not a fan of giving reviews of things that effect your health. There are just too many variables that might effect each person's benefits/reactions to any product. my understanding is that it decreases inflammation. For me that means less pain in my bones. (Modestly.)

Not sure if they're doing anything for me. Started using them for all over body ache relief. Still have aching. As for the pills, no side effects or bad taste.

i like the fact that its inexpensive and it truly helped with inflammation, please as always discuss with your primary care doctor any vitamin or meds over the counter before you start taking them

I like the Tumeric for the results I have achieved with inflammation in my ankle due to arthritis. (This is not a medical suggestion) I am just stating how satisfied I am with my results.

My system does not stand for the regular doses, so in taking vitamins, I usually take a lower amount. It takes more time to be effective but I get fewer side effects. Not really sure it helps for joint pain as pain is sometimes complicated. It seems to adsorb (adsorption) well and digest easy enough. As for a source of Iron, I was not aware of that until the prompts below showed that to be the case. As an elderly person iron is always an issue. Not sure if it helps with heart health, but I am 70 and not on any heart medications.

I Really don't DO WELL with this sort of stuff… telling people that they should buy a product because I might like it .Let them make up their own minds. THAT's All! I Will never do this again;Anymore or in any form at all! Thanks Walmart!A pleasantly wonderful experience Bye

combination not good. Each has valuable attributes ,but do they compliment each other? I like each in food - but not in pills or --------------------

They sent the wrong item. Ordered Turmeric with Ginger, but they sent Turmeric without Ginger. Would have given it one star, but refund was easy and I got the right thing later. As you can see by the picture, it doesn't match what I ordered.
